FEBENG Baking Panel

A baking stone that replaces natural stone, firebrick and cordierite in the floor of deck, tube, conveyor and pizza ovens. Its dense mineral structure stores heat and releases it evenly across the whole surface.

What the baking stone delivers

Heat storage

The dense structure stores heat and returns it to the dough: strong oven spring, even crust.

Even heat distribution

Heat does not collect in hot spots but spreads across the entire oven floor.

Dimensional stability

Stays flat and level up to 350 °C — no lifting, rocking or gaps between panels.

Easy loading

Bread and trays slide on and off the smooth, low-friction surface.

Easy cleaning

Rinsing with water and wiping is enough.

Long service life

Resistant to peels, trays and daily heat-up and cool-down cycles.

Applications and customers

As a factory-made panel, every piece is flat, dimensionally stable and cut to the oven's size and edge profile. Oven manufacturers use it as original equipment; bakers use it to replace cracked or worn oven floors.

Surface in red or grey, flat or patterned; non-stick finishes on request. The edge profile is specified by the oven manufacturer.
